We accept all major credit & debit cards plus Paypal.

If you are having trouble downloading please go to DOWNLOADS under MY ACCOUNT and you will be able to grab your files. If problems persist then please contact us.

We are not aware of any documented cases of credit/debit card fraud resulting from the use of our payment gateways or websites. We do not store debt/credit card or any other payment information.

You will receive an order notification and receipt of payment. Once this has been completed you will be able to download your products from the Account area.

There are many free and commercial (paid-for) apps for unzipping your content, such as Winzip and The Unarchiver. Mac OSX and Windows (8 and above) natively support unzipping files, so there is no need to install any new applications.
